All the internet is talking about these days are the SAG awards ”Screen Actors Guild ”. Although they celebrated the achievements of many in the film industry, we were more focused on the side events. From starting rumors about Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston getting back together, to funny yet filled with morals speeches. As we look back at the SAG night, here are some things you couldn’t have missed.
Brad&Jen’s Epic Reunion

Most likely the highlight of the night. Both Brad and Jen seemed very happy and emotional about their reunion. Cameras spotted Brad Pitt watching Jennifer Aniston‘s speech, and he was as happy and emotional as we were.
The ex-couple were captured saying hello to each other backstage, and the sincerity of it became a place for memes worldwide. Also, many people started some serious talk about them getting back together. and guess what? even Courtney Cox agrees, as she’s been liking some of those posts on IG.
Tom Hanks And Rita Wislon

There is no doubt that the Brady Bunch has its fans, and we all know Tom Hanks is a big one. During his interview on the red carpet, he humorously yet romantically made reference to his absent wife Rita Wilson. He joked about watching the show, and liking the cheerleader. He said ”The cheerleader was so cute she knocked him out” and then he goes on ‘‘And then I married her.” So cute!
The Speeches
Let’s face it, the speeches are our favorite part of the night. There is always controversy following what celebrities’ say or don’t say. As some try to raise awareness about racism, gender equality or even politics. This year, most stars accepted their awards in ”silence.” Their beautiful speeches revolved around thankfulness, blessings and the true power of making movies.
Joaquin Phoenix Remembers Heath Ledger

One of those heart-whelming speeches at the SAG awards, was made by ‘The Joker” Joaquin Phoenix. He made sure to remember the late Heath Ledger, who have played the iconic role, and let’s say, nailed it. Although Joaquin’s interpretation of the character is to give him an Oscar, he insisted on paying tribute to Ledger.
