Several Animal Attacks Have Been Reported Recently All Over The World

Animal attacks are quite common in several areas in the world. However, this year, more fatal attacks have been reported recently. While most of them featured shark attacks (which are very common in Australia and the US), some strange accidents also took place featuring other predators. Here is a look back to what has been reported the past weeks, concerning animal attacks that, some people, can call themselves really lucky for having survived.

Australian Surfer Dies Following A Shark Attack  

Possibly the biggest headline regarding animal attacks we’ve seen these days! The heartbreaking tragedy of a 6o year old man, who was bitten to death by a great white shark in the coast of Australia. The three-meter predator surprised the surfer from QLD, and bit half of his leg away, before being rescued. Unfortunately, the man died soon after at the scene. Later that day, authorities and Surf Life Saving NSW worked together on monitoring the area, closing all beaches between the towns of Kingscliff and Cabarita for 24 hours.

Man Saves His Friend From A Crocodile In Bhopal

A simple afternoon-swim at the lake almost turned catastrophic for these two men. As two friends turned to the lake of Bhopal to spend a refreshing afternoon (Illegally, due to coronavirus safety measures.) However, the men who’s worst nightmare was police spotting them, ended up being in way more dangerous than they thought. As the video shows, a giant crocodile took one of the men by surprise, and pulled him down under water. Thanks to his friend’s efforts, he was able to stay alive that day, and only left with a deep scar to remind him of that-near-death-adventure.

Woman Nearly Dies From A Bear Attack In L.A

L.A police department announced that woman was brutally attacked by a bear while at her backyard. Officials said that while the young woman fell asleep at her backyard in Sierra Madre, she woke up by a bear pulling her. It bit, scratched the woman, who was able to save her own life hitting the bear with her laptop. Oddly enough, this is not the first bear attack touching the residents of Sierra Madre. Last year, a man was also wounded by a bear, within his property.

Great White Shark Kills Young Boy in California

 

Speaking of California, a 26-year-old boy also passed away while surfing off the Santa Cruz coast on Saturday. According to witnesses, he was attacked by a great white shark. The attack happened just about 100 yards from the shore, and the reported cause of death was bleeding to death due to a ripped leg.

On A Good Note, Here Are A Few Dolphins Happily Swimming Around

Finally, not all animal-news have to be bad. In fact, the silver-lining of the Coronavirus crisis, has been that wildlife is slowly returning to its natural habitat. Yes, sharks appearing on shore are extremely dangerous, but are also surreal to watch from a far. Here is a sweet video of around 20 dolphins that were spotted in Thailand. This sighting was expressed as ”the latest evidence of healthier environment after lengthy absence of tourists.

Millions of Americans stormed the streets to reject the brutal murder of George Floyd. Many celebs also voiced-out their anger via social media, or even joined the protests. In fact, she diffused her message during her speech to Class of 2020’s graduation ceremony. She spoke about how devastating the situation is, and showed her full-support towards the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

Of course, Meghan Markle has changed drastically. From a Hollywood-actress, to a duchess and a prince’s wife. However, since she left her royal duties, she became set on bringing her old-self back. especially when it comes to speaking up and activism.

Markle’s first part of the speech insisted that she wanted to speak up before, but didn’t know how to do it. In fear of media attacks, she chose not to go public about it, until the ceremony.

The BLM movement is becoming one of the biggest in recent history. Several other countries and capitals witnessed similar protests in solidarity with George Floyd. In fact, while teleworking all day, parents hardly have time to spend with their children during the day. Therefore, give them tasks that can increase their productivity, critical thinking and sense of responsibility. Here are a few ideas to help you get your children to behave.

In addition to teaching them something new everyday, let them have some fun as well. Furthermore, we understand that the struggle is real, since they want you to play with them, right? Pretty darn smart, no?

If you’re teleworking from home with kids, and none of the solutions above work, then you must keep them busy somehow. It’s important to teach your kids discipline and respecting limits this quarantine. You can do that simply by letting them breathe some fresh air in the yard, or ”playing” with them without stopping your work.

Give Yourself A Break

Finally, the main coping mechanism while teleworking from home with kids, is to take it easy. It’s okay, really! It’s normal to get frustrated from time to time. But, remember, that your kids have probably never been happier, being able to see their parents 24/7. So, do what you gotta do, and cherish this time with them, as you may never get the chance to do it again.

Quarantine really got us seeing the weirdest things on social media. From Tik Tok challenges, to cooking experiments, and even new songs about ”Coronavirus.” Although it’s pretty safe to say that everyone is out of things to do, Celebrities proved to be even more bored. However, w must admit that they are still entertaining us, even behind closed doors, through a celebs’ virtual fight.

In addition to many celebs’ challenges and new looks, several Hollywood actresses joined in together for an epic celebs’ virtual fight.

“Badass Boss Bitches” Featuring Many A-Listers

The video that was shared by Zoë Bell on her youtube channel, features big names in Hollywood. Cameron Diaz, Scarlett Johansson, Margot Robbie, Drew Barrymore…etc, showed their fighting skills despite social distancing. The idea? Well, Badass Boss Bitches, as Bell labeled the video, is just for fun and has no ulterior motive. Furthermore, the first sequence clearly shows how bored these celebs are, punching, kicking, or thwacking the next participant through the camera. If anything, lockdown has proved that everyone is equally bored, regardless of how big their house is, or how rich they are. In fact, celebrities went viral in quarantine, unleashing their creativity through releasing hilarious videos.

The ”celeb’s virtual fight” is just a notch of what has really been going on in Hollywood this quarantine. Do you remember the Coronavirus video by Cardi B? As a consequence, Kyle Walker’s reputation wasn’t the only one harmed. In fact, his career as a footballer suffered a seriously big hit. His club Manchester City announced their ”disappointment” of the player’s attitude and behavior.
